Knowledge of Matthew
What we call life in this lower realm is a steady journey toward physical death.
And what the world calls death is the true journey onto eternal and uncreated life.
The physical vessel of clay is born into a world of decay, turning back to the dust.
Every breath drawn in this material matrix brings the body closer to its final end.
Yet the spiritual spark within the vessel does not belong to the grave or the earth.
The demise of the flesh is but the breaking of the shell that holds the light captive.
Do not mourn the passing of the outer garment, for it was fashioned from mortal clay.
The soul that awakens to its divine origin sees the grave not as a pit, but as a gateway.
For the true path of the Builder is an ascent out of the shadows into the Pleroma.
What seems like an end to the unawakened is the beginning of the true return home.
The soul sheds the heavy chains of time, distance, corruption, and earthly sorrow.
It steps across the threshold of the physical realm into the presence of the Source.
Thus the mortal journey finishes its course so that eternal existence may begin.
And that which was bound to the wheel of suffering enters into unshakeable peace.
Let not your heart fear the quiet sleep of the flesh or the closing of the eyes.
For the divine spark within you was never created by the rulers of this world.
It belongs to the Father of Lights and the Mother of eternal and pure wisdom.
Walk through this earthly pilgrimage with fortitude, dignity, and spiritual clarity.
Knowing that every day spent in truth prepares the spirit for its ultimate release.
The death of the false self is the birth of the immortal vessel of light.
And the journey through the dark valley leads directly into the morning of God.
Amen.
