Book of Longinus

The very cross upon which the Romans sought to slay the true King tells His story.
In the very timber of the framed wood resides the divine witness of the Logos.
For Christ is the eternal way, the absolute truth, and the unquenchable light.
Do you not see the sacred geometry hidden in plain sight within the timber?
The arms of the cross reach out continuously toward the north and the south.
The beam extends with unwavering line toward the east and toward the west.
The very cross itself stands as the true compass of the entire cosmos.
And a compass is not a place of defeat, but the instrument that leads the way.
Jesus was lifted up and nailed upon this physical compass of the earth.
He was set at the center of the world so that all eyes might behold Him.
As He hung upon the wood, His outstretched arms pointed out the path.
He directs the lost wanderer from every corner of this material wilderness.
The northern arm speaks of the tall mountains and the cold regions of trial.
It reaches into the frozen places where the soul struggles against the frost.
The southern arm reaches down into the low valleys and the deep desert sands.
It offers shade and living water to those who faint beneath the heavy heat.
The eastern arm points toward the rising sun and the dawn of resurrection.
It reminds the spirit that the darkness of the night is always temporary.
The western arm stretches toward the setting sun and the quiet evening rest.
It promises peace to the weary worker when the long labor is completed.
At the intersection of these four directions stood the heart of the Master.
He became the central axis around which the whole fallen matrix revolves.
The Romans intended the timber frame to be an emblem of shame and death.
Yet the Father turned the instrument of execution into the engine of release.
For the archons built a cage of wood and iron to trap the divine spark,
But the King used their own scaffold to map the way out of the darkness.
He transformed the cross into an unshakeable monument of true orientation.
No longer do the children of dust need to wander blindly without direction.
Look to the center where the hands were pierced for the liberation of men.
For from that central point, the uncreated light streams into all realms.
He points the way north, guiding the courageous through the steep mountain pass.
He points the way south, leading the thirsty to the hidden subterranean springs.
He points the way east, calling the sleeping sparks to awaken at the dawn.
He points the way west, shielding the faithful when the shadows lengthen.
The compass of wood declares that no corner of the earth is beyond His reach.
Whether a man flees to the ends of the sea or hides in the deep forest,
The arms of the timber reach out to mark the path of his return.
The cross is the fixed needle that never shifts amidst the storm.
The world may spin in confusion, and the nations may rage in blind panic,
But the compass of the True King stands firm and immovable through time.
He was hung upon this frame so that every eye might find the true north.
He was lifted up from the earth so that all men might be drawn unto Him.
The wood speaks of the living tree that roots deeply in the eternal Pleroma.
Its beams divide the dark lower waters and point upward to the Source.
Let the seeker who wanders in the fog look up to the wooden horizon.
Do not behold the cross as a symbol of terror or archontic triumph.
Behold it as the cosmic chart given by the Father of Lights to the Builder.
It is the compass that breaks the spell of the maze and the illusion.
It shows the soul how to navigate the trials of clay and escape the pit.
For Christ is the Way that crosses every valley and climbs every peak.
He is the Truth that exposes the lies written upon the signs of the world.
He is the Light that shines from the cross into the darkest heart.
He took the wooden frame of the jailer and made it the key to the gate.
He stood at the crossroads of time and eternity to clear the road.
Therefore fix your gaze upon the central point where mercy and truth meet.
Follow the direction of His outstretched hands as you walk through the wild.
For he who follows the compass of the King shall never lose his way.
He shall walk upright through the storm, unfooled by the glare of clay.
He shall navigate the matrix with wisdom, courage, and spiritual clarity.
Until his pilgrimage upon the earth is finished and his vessel rests.
And the compass leads his liberated soul safely home into the Pleroma.
