Prayer of Faith

O Intrinsic Ground, God of very God, the source and the all, unconditioned Depth and Source of all Being,

I turn my mind away from the noise of the world and the illusion of distance.

I do not look to the heavens above to seek a distant throne,

For You are the very foundation upon which I stand and the breath within my chest.

In this quiet moment of Einkehr, I rest in the truth of Who You Are.

You are the Infinite Immediate, ever-present, unwavering, and whole.

I drop the heavy burden of my fears, my anxieties, and my false isolation,

Knowing that my soul possesses the Scintilla-Ground 

The unquenchable spark where my awareness and Your divine essence are forever one.

When the surface waters of life grow rough and uncertain,

Anchor my spirit in the law of Ontic Inviolability.

Remind me that nothing of true value within me can ever be lost, erased, or destroyed;

That every joy, every struggle, and every moment of my existence

Is eternally held and preserved within Your Eternal Now.

Grant me the wisdom of Prudence to govern my choices this day.

Give me the strength and discipline to work upon myself,

Daily smoothing the rough ashlar of my ego, pride, and reactive heart,

So that my life may reflect the clean, unclouded light of Divine Justice and Truth.

Where there is darkness or doubt, dissolve the veil of illusion.

Where there is weakness or suffering, reveal the indestructible power of Being already within me.

I am not abandoned. I am not forgotten. I am eternally held, eternally secure,

And rooted forever in You.
